Meet the baker

Hi, I'm Emmie! Owner & Baker of Sugar & Slice Bakery.

My love for baking began at a young age, spending weekends baking with my Nanna, learning the foundations of everything I know today. From early experiments to everyday bakes, it quickly became something I was always drawn back to.

After working in hospitality and later losing my job during Covid-19, I began baking at home with my daughter and sharing my creations online.

The journey so far

What started as a hobby turned into a full-time business I absolutely love. I'm so grateful for the support of my amazing customers, family and friends who have cheered me on every step of the way.

Seeing your joy when you see your cake for the first time is the most rewarding feeling in the world.

I can't wait to continue creating beautiful memories, one cake at a time.
